Shipping policy

At Stretch Sneakers, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and with no surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Because of the high volume of orders, our team takes extra care to double-check every pair before shipping — the right item, the right size, and perfect condition.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose — so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay. No surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your pair all the way to your door.

Where We Ship

We ship to almost every country worldwide using trusted carriers and local courier partners. If we're unable to ship to your location, you'll be notified at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or local taxes set by your country's customs authority. In most cases there are no extra fees, but where they apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. If duties apply to your order, we'll do our best to guide you through the process transparently.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@stretchsneakers.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us right away at support@stretchsneakers.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make things right.
