Refund policy

At Stretch Sneakers, we want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, we're here to make it simple.

Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange — for any reason at all. No complicated forms, no need to explain.

Under EU consumer law, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. This policy meets and supports that right.

Free Returns

Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send your pair back at no cost to you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned with the original box and any tags or accessories
  • In resaleable condition (please try shoes on a clean, indoor surface)

We may reduce a refund if an item is returned showing signs of wear beyond what's needed to check the fit.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law (for example, if the item is faulty).

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@stretchsneakers.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us your order number and whether you'd like a return or exchange.
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Just let us know when you contact us, and we'll guide you through the easiest way to swap your pair.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@stretchsneakers.com. We'll cover all costs to make it right — including return shipping and a replacement or full refund.
